Parade Registration Form
If you would like to bring vehicle to the parade, please upload a copy of the driver's Driver's License Detail, Vehicle Registration, a copy of Compulsory Third Party Insurance Detail and a copy of Comprehensive car insurance for the vehicle
Preparing For The Parade...
1.
Float and Walking Group Registration is between 10.30 AM and 12.00 Mid-Day.
Parade 'line up' commences at 12.00 Mid-Day.
And Parade MOVE at 1.00 PM
5.
Group Marshalls are to liaise with VRA and take directions at 'line up' during The Terminus at Belah Street as required.
2.
Vehicle owners must have comprehensive car insurance and must notify their Insurance Company that their car will be included in a street parade.
Damages to car/property won't be covered by organisers

Please note that attendees are not allowed to be on float
but rather must walk on the ground instead
3.
Each group must nominate a 'Group Marshall' who must attend the Showground Registration Point to pick up the 'Information Pack' and orientate their group using the 'Info Pack' instructions.
7.
It is okay to wear skimpy outfits however total nudity are not permitted.
4.
Group Marshalls are to place their Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address at the Showground Registration Point.
Group Marshalls are required to log any 'critical incident' on the incident form supplied.
8.
Participants may hand out lollies and gifts but none of those items are to be thrown into the crowds,, lets keep our beautiful town tidy.
